New & Replacement Cone Valve Products
Cone Valves are high performance, full ported, metal seated valves used primarily in water / wastewater pumping applications (pump check service). The unique lift/turn mechanism provides positive metal to metal closed seating with virtually no wear of the monel seats. Cone Valves offer longevity and dependability with minimal maintenance.
Valve Manufacturing & Repair Service
Specialists in the repair and refurbishment of cone, butterfly, gate, and other valve types commonly used in water / wastewater applications. Replacement parts, up to complete replacement valves, are available for most sizes and styles of Allis-Chalmers butterfly and cone valves, as well as for many other valve styles and manufacturers.
At A/C Service & Repair, we excel in refurbishing and rebuilding a range of valves, including cone valves, butterfly valves, gate valves, and ball valves. We specialize in restoring cone valves from renowned manufacturers such as Allis Chalmers, S. Morgan Smith, Willamette, APCO, Chapman, Rodney Hunt, and our own American Cone Valves. We are equipped to handle cone valves with waterway dimensions ranging from 6” to 42”. While most of our clientele is based in the United States, we also serve customers in Canada, Puerto Rico, and Alaska. Butterfly valves are another core component of our offerings, with capabilities to refurbish and repair valves between 3” and 96” in size. Additionally, we manufacture new butterfly valves and provide replacement parts for a variety of sizes and styles of Allis Chalmers Butterfly Valves and Cone Valves.
In addition to our specialization in valve manufacturing and repair, we offer comprehensive services to meet diverse needs. Our advanced machine shop is equipped with HAAS Machines, Manual Lathes, Doosan Lathes, King Vertical Mills, Bridgeports, and Drill Presses, supporting precision machining services for many local and national companies. Our weld shop boasts state-of-the-art Fronius Welders, enabling both MIG and TIG welding. We can weld and fabricate with Monel, Stainless Steel, Steel, and Aluminum, providing in-house solutions and services to our clients. Our Disassembly & Assembly Shop further enhances our capabilities. We feature a spacious sandblasting booth that uses high-pressure metallic steel abrasive media to remove rust, paint, or other surface materials, revealing the bare metal or casting. An in-house paint booth allows us to apply finishes to valves and miscellaneous parts, eliminating the need for outsourcing.
Moreover, cylinders represent another key area of expertise at A/C. Clients send us their old or used cylinders for repair, rebuilding, or complete manufacturing of new hydraulic cylinders. For repair projects, we can match existing seals or modify parts to restore optimal cylinder operation, addressing leaks and other issues. Our standard new hydraulic cylinder package includes components made from stainless steel, such as cylinder heads, tie rods, piston, and piston rods, along with a composite cylinder barrel, bronze cartridge, stainless cartridge retainer, and necessary seals.
